This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked through the GoNearbyU platform.
GoNearbyU aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all users.
Users may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
The service booking was canceled before the professional was assigned
The service provider failed to arrive at the scheduled time
The booking was canceled by the service provider
The service could not be completed due to technical or operational issues
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
The service has already been successfully completed
The user cancels the booking after the professional has arrived
Incorrect service details or address were provided by the user
The issue reported is outside the responsibility of the platform
In some cases, GoNearbyU may provide a partial refund, including:
Service partially completed
Minor service issues reported after completion
Cancellation after the professional has started traveling
Partial refunds will be determined based on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Users can request a refund by contacting our support team and providing:
Booking ID
Registered phone number
Description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
GoNearbyU reserves the right to deny refund requests if misuse, fraudulent claims, or repeated abuse of the refund policy is detected.
GoNearbyU may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the application.
